Tutors
A tutor is one who provides help or guidance to one or more students in certain subjects. The tutor spends a few hours on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis imparting his subject matter or skill expertise to the student.
Special Education Teacher
Children with special needs need unique instruction from specially trained professionals to achieve their highest potential and develop beyond their limitations.
Special Educators work with students who have learning, intellectual, emotional or physical disabilities. They adapt general education courses and teach a variety of subjects to students with mild to moderate disabilities. Their job is primarily to teach them life skills and basic literacy. However, the majority of special education teachers work with children with mild to moderate disabilities, modifying the general education curriculum to meet the child’s individual needs and providing the instruction required.
Most special education teachers teach students at the preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels, although some work with infants and toddlers.
